A Spring Visit to Cassidy Hill Vineyard and the “Christmas in July” Event

In early spring, we embarked on a delightful drive through northern Connecticut to discover and visit Cassidy Hill Vineyard in Coventry, CT. The picturesque journey set the tone for a serene experience at this charming vineyard.

Fast forward a few weeks, and we were thrilled to be invited to participate in Cassidy Hill Vineyard’s “Christmas in July” event, which took place on July 27th. The day was lovely, albeit a bit warm, but the attendees were in high spirits, enjoying the event and the refreshing slushies to keep cool. Despite the heat, the event was well attended, with live music adding to the festive atmosphere.

Just a short walk past the vineyard's rows of vines stands the solitary maple tree that inspired Cassidy Hill Vineyard’s logo. From the rocking chairs on the porch or the bench under the “Thinking Tree,” one can easily relax and take in the stunning vistas. The vineyard, which opened its doors in 2008, is dedicated to providing a unique wine-tasting experience with a robust selection of 13 wines that cater to every palate. The charming porch offers a perfect spot to sip wine, while the ample picnic areas invite guests to linger and enjoy the surroundings.

Throughout the event, we appreciated the steady flow of attendees, which allowed for meaningful conversations about our handmade jewelry. We received numerous compliments, valuable feedback, and made several sales. Additionally, we handed out business cards to those who were not ready to purchase but were interested in adding our jewelry to their “Christmas and Holiday” shopping lists.

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we look forward to fulfilling your handmade jewelry orders.

Our experience at Cassidy Hill Vineyard’s “Christmas in July” event was delightful, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our passion with so many wonderful people.

Stay tuned for more updates and events, and we hope to see you soon at one of our upcoming showcases!
