Shipping policy

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. At this time, please allow us 10 days to create your custom piece of jewelry and prepare it for shipping. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us at info@tangledvine.jewelry and please share your order number when contacting us.

We use USPS for shipping and use their shipping rates. We offer Economy shipping (First Class) which will take approximately 5-8 business days to arrive once shipped. We offer Standard shipping (Priority) which will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive once shipped. 

Tangled Vine is not responsible if your order is delayed during shipping. If you have not received your order please contact us at info@tangledvine.jewelry so we can help. If your order was damaged during shipping please contact us immediately so we can help.
